The sanitation supervisor plans, directs and controls all sanitation activities of production line, buildings, and grounds.
-Prepares weekly help schedules and assignments
-Assigns and manages daily work of hourly Sanitation employees
-Maintain all cleaning and safety record keeping
-Counsels employees on safety and safe working practices
-Thursday through Monday workweek
Four-Year Degree desired.
• Minimum -- High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Two years of increasing responsibility in a unionized manufacturing environment, preferably with multi-faceted operational experience with exposure in the food industry.
- One year of bakery sanitation experience preferred.
- One year of supervisory experience required.
