Description
Will recommend and perform complex research projects. Plans experiments, designs equipment, evaluates and communicates results, and makes recommendations to management based on results achieved. Works simultaneously on multiple projects determining priority and work assignments for all projects under his/her direction. Provides technical support and recommendations to internal customers (production, sales and marketing) as well as have technical contact with suppliers and customers.
Qualifications
PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science with 1-3 years related experience, MS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science with 3-5 years related experience. BASF recognizes Institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent. Expected to possess a thorough knowledge of research principles and techniques with specialization in one or more fields. Must have well developed oral and written communication skills.
