Description: Position is responsible for supporting the management of merchandise sold online or in catalog. This position requires heavy interaction within Customer Direct, FLS, CCN, Logistics, IT, Project Management as well as outside partners and vendors. This position will require a person who can create and build a business on sears.com and /or kmart.com, with current/new processes, while leveraging the merchandise, processes, and assets from the FLS. The position is responsible for meeting the sales plan within their respective categories online. They also are responsible for meeting their revenue, expense and profit plans. This position requires the ability to mange multiple, detailed tasks with urgency and accuracy.
Qualifications: Responsibilities• Execute appropriate set-up of items on sears.com to insure proper site presentation and execution• Monitors inventory replenishment with inventory team for all product online, including the management of out of stocks and service levels• Monitor and troubleshoot sales and inventory levels at the fulfillment center with development of liquidation plans with the Buyer.• Monitors fulfillment center inventory and executes liquidation plans with the Buyer / inventory planning team • Collaborates in forecasting, inventory planning, and receipt flow with inventory planning team• Collaborates with logistics team with regard to fulfillment center issues • Contributes in creating and updating the appropriate assortment for the particular merchandise area with the Buyer.• Contributes in creating the appropriate content for the particular merchandise area with the Content Manager• Assists in the development and executes the marketing plan for the particular merchandise area, through promotional planning process to ensure item candidates can be supported with the Multi-Channel marketing team• Maintains an awareness of competitive and industry facts and trends• Manage Vendor Direct relationships within inventory productivity goals. • Develops action plans based upon business trends to achieve financial goals• Uses Business specific tools (Omniture) to suggest changes in site usability or site functionality to better the customer experience and achieve financial goals.
