Experience up to 230 kV is desired.- Knowledge of electrical/power system engineering calculations, construction methods, and materials.- A minimum of 3 years (for junior level position) - 10 years (for senior level position) of industrial experience with refining and/or petroleum hydrocarbon facilities experience preferred..- Ability to read/decipher regulations and industry codes along with explaining requirements to others,- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
