JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Training Programs Coordinator will Plan, Direct, Advise, Coordinate, and /or Deliver the training activities
associated with projects that are initiated at the Cherry Point Refinery. The Training Programs Coordinator helps
in the development of training programs for new projects in order to ensure employees are competent to perform
the tasks required of the project. This position also has responsibilities for delivering general training
throughout the refinery as needs arise.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of five years of proven experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment;
plant operations/maintenance or training experience preferred.Some Supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge of plant equipment and operations
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Process Safety
Knowledge of Environmental regulations
Demonstrated leadership ability
Proficient PC skills with some advance knowledge of software (MS Office)
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Experience in classroom instruction and training development preferred
Education
High School diploma or equivalent required
2-4 Year Degree or equivalent work experience/training in a technical/vocational program or the military preferred.
