They seek a Pro-Active HR GENERALIST ready and able to handle all aspects of Human Resources including Employee Relations, Benefits (Medical, Disability, COBRA), Compensation, Performance Management, Operational Procedures. Must be able to do Research, Handle Bonus Program, Conflict Management, some Recruiting, Paryoll, Training and Orientation. Degree in Human Resources (Master’s A MUST) plus HR certification (PHR or SPHR required) and 2-3 years HR experience from a manufacturing environment, working closely with the HR Director. This Very Bright, Very Creative, Project Oriented H.R.
