Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
Process design and standardization of the Supply Chain.
Process management A and D CD, coordination and roll-out of standard A and D
and A and D CD-wide processes (rules and metrics). Implementation of the
process standards at the different locations:
process documentation and controlling, know-how transfer, conducting
workshops and process harmonization. Conduct consulting and supply chain
implementation projects in collaboration with A and D CD manufacturing
locations and distribution centers, business development and regional
organizations. Best practice sharing. Implementation and use of a
comprehensive supply chain controlling

Providing examples of process design for:
- Design and standardization of division wide planning processes
- Optimization of the processes: order management of the regional
organizations, A and D CD delivery units, delivery logistics, transport
logistics and warehousing.
-Design and negotiation of logistics agreements with transport service
providers in collaboration with Global Purchase Logistics (GPL) and A and D
GPL
- Supplier management (development, assessment, controlling)
- Design and negotiation of logistics agreements with suppliers,
implementation of prioritized procurement design models (consignment, JIT,
etc.)

Special Skills and Knowledge:

* Extensive knowledge in field of specialization or multiple disciplines to
the successful completion of complex assignments
* Detailed process knowledge of the core processes procurement logistics,
procurement, quality management
* SAP knowledge especially SAP MM and PP
* Fluent in English and Spanish

Prior Experience or Skills:

* 10+ years experience in project management positions (project management
methodology)
* Very good consulting competency skills
* Experience on supply change management during transitions

Education:

BS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Will consider Industrial
Engineering and Business Management with equivalent knowledge and
experience. A MBA or other appropriate advanced degree is desirable.
