Employee Relations Manager The Office of Human Resources at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is seeking applications for the position of Employee Relations Manager. Reporting to the Director, Employee Relations, this position will oversee all employee relations services and will assist the Director in maintaining a pro-active employee relations environment. The Employee Relations Manager will provide consultation to managers and staff members throughout the Institute regarding policy interpretation and administration as well as issues that arise in the workplace. Specifically, this position will advise on matters related to supervision of direct reports, and will provide oversight to managers in the areas of coaching and counseling of their direct reports.
