Kellogg has an exciting opportunity directing human resources for the Snacks Business Unit Sales Division. This is a unique opportunity to partner with the sales leadership to build a talent powerhouse and deliver superior results.

This position is responsible for leading the Snacks Sales Human Resources organization in the development, communication, execution and management of strategies to enable the organization to meets its net sales, operating profit and cash flow objectives. As the lead Sales HR professional, this position provides comprehensive HR support and strategic counsel to address the HR needs of the Snacks Sales organization. This position reports to the Vice President, Human Resources - Snacks and indirectly to the Senior Vice President Sales/Chief Customer Officer - Snacks. This position manages Field Sales HR personnel. The Snacks Sales organization is comprised of approximately 4,500 employees.
