Account Receivable,Sales and Markerting Personnel , Regional Representative A/R accountants needed for "Alovera LTD" a Firm with wide coverage of Alovera Products.We are about to open a representative offices or authorized sales centers in the US/CANADA and therefore we are currently looking for people who will assist us in establishing a new distribution network. If you :- • Live in USA / Canada
• Can speak English
• Have personal computer and basic accounting skills (we will provide training)
• Are good team player
• Honest and reliable person
• Have e-mail box and ability to check it at least 2 times a day
• Have couple of spare hours (mainly in the morning) Accounts Receivables duties include:- Collection Payment
Applying Cash and making deposits
Reconciling customer accounts
Assemble and verify supporting documentation for vendor payments
Enter payables accounting data
Provide back-up support and general assistance to the Accounts Payable
Supervisor, Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller and Controller as required
Invoice Data Entry
Reconcile Vendor Accounts
