Production Supervisor – Accessories Plant

Employee Responsibilities:

• Directs, supervises, and coordinates machine set-ups and operations requiring a broad knowledge of: injection processes, plastic compounds, automation knowledge and production engineering application to provide economical part/product manufacturing that meets quality, quantity, schedule, and cost requirements.
• Organizes and assigns work to utilize available skills, knowledge, experience, labor hours, machines and tooling.

Required:

• 4 year college degree in related field.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Supervisor experience.
