Postdoctoral Position in
Experimental Condensed Matter/Materials Physics
Candidates with a Ph.D. in experimental Condensed Matter or Materials Physics are invited to apply for a postdoctoral position at the Ames Laboratory, Iowa State University (see http://www.ameslab.gov), beginning on or about 1 October 2007. The position entails the search for and synthesis, characterization, and physical property measurements of bulk single crystalline and polycrystalline materials, especially oxides, with the potential for novel interesting electronic and/or magnetic behaviors and ground states.
