Senior Compensation Analyst

In this key role, you will assist in the administration and implementation of our compensation policies and programs. You will be responsible for providing technical compensation advice in relation to our operational compensation initiatives. In addition, you will assist with all compensation matters and perform technically complex duties that require a broad knowledge of compensation practices and procedures.
The ideal candidate must have a customer satisfaction and service-driven focus along with a Bachelor and 5+ years of varied compensation experience.
