Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist
Saddle River, NJ

Responsibilities:
Ensure recruiting systems and databases are optimally designed and executed to support talent acquisition initiatives across the organization.
Produce and maintain talent acquisition analytics and reporting solutions that support strategic business goals and objectives (e.g., web technologies, reports, scorecards, and other data centric initiatives).
Strategically assist in the development, evaluation and implementation of applicant programming/system solutions. Research and evaluate alternative solutions and make recommendations for improved recruiting system functions.
Manage user access and posting right permissions.
Conduct training for new and experienced internal users of the application, as well as audit the system to determine usage, problem areas and propose solutions.
Manage candidate sourcing, proactive database searches and niche web site postings.
Conduct analysis of recruiting data and testing system.
Supervise Talent Acquisition system coordinators (team of 2) to create an effective search and sourcing process.
Partner with associated departments (HR, IT and Marketing) to provide appropriate data and support for talent related issues.

Requirements:
BA or BS Degree from accredited institution; Advanced Degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a recruiting function; marketing experience desirable.
Demonstrated expertise in applicant tracking systems; BrassRing strongly preferred.
MS Office skills including Word and Excel; knowledge of MS Access and HTML beneficial.
Strong problem solving, technology and organization skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
