Manage the workflow of all projects and ensure they are completed on time and on budget.Help administer and manage On-Air Production budget.Work with Senior Creative Staff to assign projects to internal and freelance Writer/Producers.Maintain schedules for all Producers and block booked editing / recording time.Assist in all financial matters with Production Companies, including, but not limited to, bidding and negotiating overages.Assist Production Management staff in preparation of contracts.Obtain needledrop music license information from Producers and submit to Project Manager. BS/BA in film and Production or related field or equivalent experienceProven track record as Production Manager in production from development through delivery. Strong knowledge of production and marketing logistics, rights issues, talent and music negotiations and current industry standard practices.Familiarity with production techniques and rights and clearances requirements.A self starter who has the ability to prioritize resources among multiple concurrent projects. Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.Integrity, strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must. Strong interpersonal and writing skills. Excellent negotiation skills are required.Ability to work well under pressure and deadlinesMust be proficient with spreadsheet database applications including Excel, Lotus, Microsoft and Word for Windows, Power Point. Understanding and experience with Budgeting software such as EP budgeting and AICP and AICE bid forms.
