HR Generalist/HR Manager
Responsibilities:
The position will be assigned to multiple business units in the company. This position’s primary focus is delivering HR excellence in employee relations, employee learning and development, staffing and retention, compensation and benefits administration, and special related projects supporting the business units as well as the company. The candidate will serve as an advisor to line management on a full range of HR and related business subjects, and will act as the key facilitator in implementing HR programs within the assigned areas of responsibility. The candidate will be highly involved in creating retention strategies for his/her assigned area(s), and will also facilitate the interpretation of Company policy related to HR issues.
Candidate Attributes:
· Ability to work well across reporting lines, with other functions
· Superior professionalism, discretion, judgment and grace under pressure
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Willingness to draw conclusions and defend a point of view
· Ability to operate independently in times of ambiguity and change
· Consummate team player
· Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
· Enjoys project work and managing multi-constituency initiatives
Required Background:
Undergraduate degree with a minimum of 2-3 years HR experience, preferably in a Generalist role.
