Contingent Workforce Specialist

The Contingent Workforce Specialist is a member of the local Indirect Procurement team with responsibility to provide staffing and sourcing expertise in global contingent workforce staffing solutions. The Contingent Workforce Specialist will work closely with buyer groups and suppliers to successfully implement a global contingent workforce program.
Qualifications :
7 years of contingent workforce sourcing experience in services and/ or temporary staffing Proven stakeholder engagement experience Market expertise in Global Temporary Labour market procurementProject management experience Fluent in use of eSourcing applications such as Click Commerce Fluent in MS Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint Education / Certifications: Bachelor Degree in relevant business area is requiredGraduate Degree is a plus.
